We want every LOGOO balance bike order to arrive safely and match the product description.
- Unshipped orders may be eligible for cancellation after review.
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos or video evidence within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items should be unused, complete and in original packaging unless the issue is caused by damage or defect.
- Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
- Customer-caused returns may require the buyer to cover return shipping.
