Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You may cancel your order at any time before shipment by emailing support@logoo.vip with your order number.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

How to Return

1. Email support@logoo.vip within 14 days with your order number and reason for return.
2. Include a note inside the parcel with your order number and return reason.
3. Ship to the return address below using a tracked service.

Notes

• Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to a 14-day refund unless defective.
• If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee.
• If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee.
• No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
